Select whether you are Male or Female from the dropdown menu. This helps us calculate your calorie needs more accurately.

✅ Step 2: Enter Your Age

Type your age in years (for example, 25). Your age affects how many calories your body burns.

✅ Step 3: Enter Your Height

Type your height in centimeters (cm). If you’re not sure:

  • 1 foot = 30.48 cm
  • 1 inch = 2.54 cm

So if you’re 5’7″ (5 feet 7 inches), that would be about 170 cm.

✅ Step 4: Enter Your Weight

Type your current weight in kilograms (kg).
If you know your weight in pounds (lbs), you can divide it by 2.2 to get your weight in kg.
For example:
150 lbs ÷ 2.2 ≈ 68 kg

✅ Step 5: Select Your Activity Level

Choose how active you are daily:

  • Sedentary – You mostly sit (office work, no exercise)
  • Lightly Active – Light workouts 1–3 days/week
  • Moderately Active – Regular exercise 3–5 days/week
  • Very Active – Intense exercise 6–7 days/week
  • Super Active – Heavy training or physical job

After a moment, the result will appear below.
It tells you how many calories you need each day to maintain your current weight.

📊 Example:

If you’re a 30-year-old female, 165 cm tall, weigh 60 kg, and exercise 3 times a week, the result might be:

“To maintain your weight, you need approximately 2,000 calories per day.”

🎯 Tip:

If you want to lose weight, you can eat fewer calories than shown.
If you want to gain weight, you’ll need to eat more.
